This review is for the triangle of Daparto - Pax DE - PayPal. Made an order with Daparto and since PayPal was the only method, they've put my payment on hold. A week later can't get resolved this problem. Daparto only responded once telling me they're just a market place and can't really do anything. "Contact the vendor PAX DE". However the payment realized on their website. Pax responds they can't do anything since payment received by PayPal. And as we know how "not user friendly" platform PayPal is, they just ignored me responding some general templates. I really feel scammed because I made a payment and neither side wants to do anything to find a solution. Not recomend it at all even they provide low prices because later they provide you low customer service.
This website used to be great, but recently I ordered from them an alternator and it wasn't delivered nor have I received the refund. It's been quite a painful process to be honest and I'm still waiting...
Uncomplicated ordering process, everything is clear and you can find the cheaper dealer, even though some items are a little cheaper at idealo, but it's still nice to be able to do everything on one page!
For years I have been able to save time and order complete brake discs and brake pads for my cars!
So far, communication via email and the delivery of packages have worked smoothly.

They take the evidence and send it not to the dealer but to DPD to say. Our customer rejected the goods but they gave the goods to someone else.
This has nothing to do with me, I want my money back. You have shipped it and you have to take care of getting this item back to you. I did my job and rejected the matter. I have proof that I rejected this
So if you have an error or want to cancel something, you have no option to cancel that item or have that money returned from their side
I'd rather go to Autodog, I paid a little more but I know they can be reached by phone, are reputable and can be reached at any time
